Yoga and diet - three soy recipes for gourmands

Are you looking for an idea for healthy, light desserts matching the yogi's diet? I found some really successful (and extremely simple!) For you. You will definitely like these three delicious recipes for ... soy sweets! Healthy does not necessarily mean boring and here is the proof!


Corn for many people has a taste of childhood. However, such prepared on soy products is much healthier and will definitely diversify your diet by further enriching it with protein! Perfect for the whole family (checked on toddlers!)


  • 4 - 5 glasses of soy drink
  • 1/2 cubes of natural tofu
  • 1 - 1 ½ cup cornmeal
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
  • 2 tbsp walnuts

Ingredients for blueberry pickle:

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 tablespoons dry-roasted oat bran


To the boiling soy milk, we add successively, constantly mixing, cornmeal. Boil 5 minutes, add shredded tofu and vanilla. Pour into plates, pour over the berry pickle, garnish with fruit and sprinkle with ground nuts.

Blueberry pickle: Mix all ingredients for the pickle.


Coconut flavor always has a touch of tropics and holidays. In combination with a banana - you do not need anything more (attention - a large dose of energy guaranteed!).

  • 1 cube of natural tofu
  • 2 bananas
  • 10dkg raisins
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 10dkg of coconut flour
  • 10dkg nuts

Tofu and banana, add swollen raisins (can be chopped), crushed or ground nuts and honey to taste. We add coconut flour to get a plastic mixture. Finally, we make balls, which we wrap in coconut flour and put in paper baskets.


If for a special occasion you want to prepare a healthy and light cake for your loved ones - this is definitely something for you. However, remember to get to it early enough - the disappearance will hit the table must lie in the fridge for 12 hours. Aha! If you are looking for a veg version - simply replace gelatin with agar!

Heat the gelatin in water (it cannot boil). Heat the milk, add tofu, sugar, vanilla sugar and citric acid, mix everything together. We add molten gelatin. The form is smeared with butter, the bottom is lined with biscuits, on which we place strawberries cut into halves, a mass with gelatin, then again a layer of biscuits, strawberries and a mass with gelatin. We put the cake in the fridge for 12 hours. Serve with cream, garnished with strawberry halves.
